Susan was absolutely wonderful. She is an asset to your company. She was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Lici, is the go to for quotes and getting me the best rates. She always responds to my emails and phone calls. Ms. Laura King is so kind and was so very detailed at helping me understand some of the questions I didn't know. She went out of her way to take the time to find the missing pieces for me and now I know. The extra time was definitely appreciated. "I have been a customer here at Jim Cornwell since moving to Florida in 2020. Prior to Florida I had State Farm and Allstate, although not much cause to use either policy much. Since moving to Florida I consolidated all of my policies with State Farm and I have found the service at this location to be excellent. When I started all of the policies, Anthony walked me though my coverages, which came in handy later when I had several large appliance repairs (otherwise would not have known I had coverage). I also have called with questions or additions to my policies and Laurie is always right on it - responsive and providing confirmation by email of the changes and costs. I would recommend this office to anyone just moving to Florida."
